Once you’ve submitted an inquiry, we’ll connect over a phone call, video chat, or email conversation to answer any questions and make sure we’re the right fit for one another.
When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive a custom proposal, contract, and retainer invoice. Once your retainer is paid and your contract is signed, your date is officially reserved.
From there, I’ll be with you every step of the way. Together we’ll plan your engagement session, build a thoughtful wedding day timeline, and ensure every meaningful detail is considered.

After the celebration ends, your story continues. Every image is carefully reviewed, selected, and hand-edited with the signature Evalyne Photo Co. experience in mind. I do not use AI culling or editing software. each image is personally chosen and thoughtfully edited by me to ensure your gallery reflects the care, artistry, and attention to detail you deserve.
Within 72 hours, you’ll receive a selection of sneak peeks to relive the excitement of your day. Your full gallery will then be thoughtfully curated and delivered within 12 weeks, filled with the moments, details, and emotions that made your wedding day uniquely yours.
Once your gallery has been delivered, you can download it for up to six months after. you can also expect a special gift as a small token of my gratitude for allowing me to be part of such a meaningful chapter in your story.

Travel within 30 miles of Independence, Oregon is included in all wedding collections. Weddings beyond that distance may incur a travel fee, which will always be discussed upfront before booking.
